The Buckingham Recreational Facilities Association is responsible for the smooth operation of the subdivision pool that serves Buckingham Woods, Buckingham Village I and Buckingham Village II Subdivisions located in Macomb, Michigan USA.



Board of Directors Note:

Unless our members come forward and volunteer to assist Member Dan Mastrogocomo this season (2010), the DIVE IN MOVIE NIGHTS and the ANNUAL CARNIVAL will be canceled indefinitely.

June 2010 News:

Your Board of Directors would like to wish all of our members a Happy Fathers Day this June 2010.

The Board of Directors announce that the pool is now open, 10am to 9pm daily. Hope to see all of you there. Though our Membership Meeting did not go as planned, The Board Of Directors will continue to strive making the Association even more financially stable and the atmosphere pleasurable for all. The Members Only area will be updated soon with all pertinent information for all our members to see. Please be patient!


NOTE:

Some of your Board of Directors are calling it quits at the end of this season. Lets give Thanks and KUDO'S where due. All 5 Board of Directors have worked very hard over the last 5 years getting the Association where it is today. It is time for others to step forward, taking the reins and continuing on the path that all 5 have set forth. Please email the President (Contact Page) with your interest or to nominate someone. Please do not be shy as all Directors will work with the new Board to assist them in their activities, collections, etc, allowing the new Board to continue on the same path set forth in 2007. We will not leave you in the dark but if no one steps forward, we will turn this Association back over to another Management Company. We all know where that led to from 2004 thru 2006.

May 2010 News:

Your Board of Directors would like all of our members to give their thoughts and prayers to all those who have sacrificed their lives for our freedom.

Lest we never forget!!

Your Board of Directors apologize to all our members for our neglect in keeping the web site up to date. Currently, Letters of Intent to LIEN have gone out to the 50 members who wish not to respond to our mailings and refused to pay their dues. The Board of Directors assures all our paying members that we will take further action to get all delinquent members paid.

Currently, all should have received your notice for the upcoming spring meeting June 1st 2010. The Meeting will be held at the pool (50483 Crusader) at 7pm. Don't forget to bring a lawn chair with you. We have also scheduled a rain date of June 2nd, same place and time in case weather is poor on June 1st. Hope to see you all there.

March 2010 News:

Your Board of Directors wish all of our members a Happy St. Partick's Day. Currently, we have over 70 members who have not paid their 2010 assessment that was due February 28th 2010. No one has contacted the Board of Directors advising that they are in financial trouble. Therefore, there will be no exceptions to any member not paid when it comes to late fee's, administrative fees etc. The Board of Directors would like to thank those who have paid their assessments on time.

The Members Only Area has been updated. You can view the Financial Statements in the Members Only Area as well. The Financials are DETAILED showing where your money goes and how it is spent. You will see the exact same thing, in regards to the financials, that you would see if you made an appointment with the Treasurer. Please don't hesitate to view all documents in the Members Only Area. Your Board of Directors hide nothing from our Members.
